WorldatWork group rate is $240 per night* at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Conference Center.

WorldatWork will pay the negotiated single-room rate for the “primary” Local Network Leader per association at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, plus any applicable taxes and fees for two nights: May 19 and May 20, 2018.

• If you choose to extend your stay longer than the provided nights or if you request an upgraded room type, you may do so when registering but you will be responsible for any additional charges at checkout. You will be responsible for all incidental charges.
• WorldatWork will not reimburse primary leaders hotel costs at any other hotel.
• Changes/cancellations: All changes and cancellations of hotel reservations must be made with Experient. Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of one night room, tax and fees.

*Rates are subject to the appropriate state, local and any occupancy taxes. These taxes are currently 13% per room night occupied and subject to change without notice. A daily resort fee of $20 per day will be added to guest room charges. The fee will cover amenities like in-room wired and wireless high-speed internet access, fitness center and resort pools access, and two bottles of water each day.

Please note: After April 18, WorldatWork cannot guarantee hotel availability or the group rate. A credit card is required for the room guarantee at the time of booking your reservation.

WorldatWork will provide food and beverage for group functions as indicated in the meeting schedule. Food and beverage charges outside of provided functions are not reimbursed by WorldatWork.

Airfare, train fare and ground transportation is the responsibility of the individual.

Travel by Air into DFW (recommended):
Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is approximately 6 miles from the Gaylord Texan. An estimated taxi fare is $25 one-way. Uber, Lyft, shuttle and car services are available.

Travel by Air into Love Field:
Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) is located approximately 20 miles from the Gaylord Texan. A taxi ride will cost about $50 one-way.

Parking
On-site parking at the Gaylord Texan is $22 daily and valet $31 daily, subject to change without notice. Overnight parking fees include in/out privileges.
