Compensation committee meetings. Shareholder and board interest. Public scrutiny. Gender pay gap. Incentives and goal setting. Regulations. Communications challenges. Not to mention a tight labor market and intense competition for top talent. For executive compensation professionals, it’s a never ending, constantly evolving and complex landscape to navigate.
The WorldatWork 2020 Executive Compensation Forum is a comprehensive, networking-rich two-day deep dive into the intricacies of executive compensation through an exchange of ideas, experiences and insight. The theme for the event is “Deep Dive into Executive Compensation.” This is an intimate event, with plenary sessions where attendees look to expert presenters to help them to:
Submit a proposal to present at this one-of-a-kind event and help those with executive compensation responsibility to learn the nuances and soft skills that are critical to success.

There will be approximately eight plenary sessions.
Each session is one hour and fifteen minutes in length, with ample time allowed to address audience questions and engage in audience discussion.
