Low unemployment rates, increased competition for talent and increased attention on lowest minimum wage are just some of the external forces organizations face in their efforts to maintain base pay equity and avoid pay compression. To address such challenges, Froedtert Health, an academic hospital system with 13,000 employees, developed an innovative approach to defining and establishing pay equity while simultaneously adjusting pay ranges and responding to market demands.
During this webinar, attendees will learn the pitfalls of not having a strong organizational position on pay equity, as well as strategies to develop an approach that will increase their organization’s ability to maintain equity as the market changes.
In this session, you’ll learn:
- The pitfalls of not having a strong organizational position on pay equity
- Key components of fundamental compensation philosophy
- Strategies for developing an approach to market analysis and pay equity within your own organizations
- How compensation and talent delivery teams can optimally collaborate to maintain pay equity throughout the offer process
- How a strong approach to pay equity enables organizations to quickly adapt to changes in the marketplace
