Matt Harmon is the Vice President of Benefits, Compensation and HR systems at AutoZone Inc. At AutoZone, Harmon oversees the company’s HR Information Systems and is responsible for driving a culture of healthcare consumerism, wellness and productivity, while also ensuring proper HR systems and processes are in place. Harmon graduated with honors from University of Florida earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Business Management.
