Deon Smit
Deon Smit is the Group Remuneration Manager at Pepkor and is responsible for Remuneration and HR Data. He has a BCom Honors degree in Economics from the University of Stellenbosch and completed a Senior Manager Development Programme at the University of Stellenbosch Business School. He is registered with the South African Reward Association (SARA) as a Chartered Reward Specialist and with WorldatWork (USA) as a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP). Deon is fascinated by generational theory and the impact thereof on organizations regarding rewards and benefits.
