Fear. Uncertainty. Confusion. Describes a lot of what employees are experiencing right now, especially when it comes to their finances. Financial well-being is more relevant for workers today than ever before. Skyrocketing unemployment and an uncertain recovery time for the economy means most workers are stressed about their financial fitness.

This session will explore what companies are doing today to address financial well-being through their compensation and benefit offerings. Based on results from a financial well-being survey by WorldatWork in partnership with Computershare, discover what steps your fellow Total Rewards professionals are taking to implement effective financial wellness programs that engage employees, how ROI is measured , and the innovative measures companies are doing to help with poor financial literacy.

In this session, you’ll learn:

  • Which benefits are offered most by other companies
  • Measurements used to determine effectiveness of the benefits
  • How employee communications impact the effectiveness of benefits
  • How offering an Employee Stock Purchase Plan impacts participation in 401(k) programs
  • Which benefits most directly impact employee financial well-being.
