Cancellation

All cancellation/transfer requests must be submitted via e-mail.

Non-returnable items

The following products are nonreturnable:

  • Printed course materials
  • E-books
  • Job duty classification reports
  • Subscription-based products (e.g., WorldatWork Salary Budget Survey)
  • All sale items
Courses and Exams

Online Live and In-Person Courses

If WorldatWork receives your cancellation email at least 30 days prior to the event, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid to date. 

If you cancel fewer than 30 days prior to the course, you may transfer your registration to someone else or be issued a credit on account for a future WorldatWork product. 

Course fees become nonrefundable and nontransferable 14 days prior to the start of the course, or once you access the course online portal.

On Demand Learning

Course fees become nonrefundable and nontransferable 30 days after purchase or once you access the course online portal. 

Immersion Programs 

(This policy applies to the Executive Compensation Immersion Program, Compensation Immersion Program and Global Compensation Immersion Program.)

If WorldatWork receives your cancellation email at least 30 days prior to the event, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid to date. 

If you cancel fewer than 30 days prior to the course, you may transfer your registration to someone else or be issued a credit on account for a future WorldatWork product.

Certification Exams 

Exam fees become nonrefundable and nontransferable 30 days after purchase or once you access the course online portal. 

Publications

When returning a WorldatWork publication, the materials must be returned in sellable condition. Returns received by WorldatWork within 15 days of your receipt will receive 100% credit. Returns received by WorldatWork more than 15 days after your receipt will receive 0% credit.
