Evolving Business Needs and How Total Rewards Priorities Are Shifting

February 10, 2022
12:00pm ET

Organizations are increasingly facing challenges in the attraction and retention of employees in key talent segments – rewards provide one of the few direct tools to help drive improved outcomes.

This webinar will focus on the changing workplace environment and trends impacting the workplace, including the Great Resignation. We will leverage Aon’s 2021 Total Rewards Strategy Survey and Aon’s Global HR Pulse Survey to gain insight into effective Total Rewards programs, as well as identify Total Rewards opportunities for improvement amidst a strong focus to attract and retain talent.

In this webinar, you will:

  • Gain an understanding of short- and long-term business and talent priorities

  • Learn how organizations are shifting total rewards to address key business issues

  • Learn how companies are addressing total rewards in light of the Great Resignation

  • Discover where companies have generated more value in total rewards without spending more and finding out what is proving to be effective
