Karsten Vagner is the VP, People at Maven, the world's largest virtual clinic for women's and family health. Karsten started his career in healthtech as one of the first employees at Zocdoc, where he led the People team as the company grew from 3 to 500 people. Karsten was the Director of People Operations at AppNexus, where he led M&A people operations as the company scaled from 300 to 1200 people, and most recently led the People team at Hired in San Francisco. Karsten lives on the Upper West Side with his husband, Lee, and his daughter, Josephine.
Alex Moore is the Benefits Manager at LendingTree, the nation’s largest online lending marketplace. She's been with LendingTree for about 3 years, managing the health and wellness function. Alex's focus is on providing exceptional benefits programs to their employees and their families; she believes that can only be accomplished through comprehensive employer-based services that support the whole person. Alex is currently pursuing her Masters in Public Health at UNC Chapel Hill. She lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband and 3 rescue dogs.
Ellenor Hopkins is Senior Director, Global Total Rewards at Medallia, a Silicon Valley-based technology company providing Employee and Customer Experience solution software. Elle has over 20 years of experience in HR across Media, Tech, Consulting, and Retail industries. She chose to specialize in Total Rewards 9 years ago in order to facilitate tangible impacts on the employee experience through wellbeing, benefits, and compensation packages. Elle has two children aged 15 & 10 and has worked full time & flexibly for the past 12 years.
