How to Unlock Workforce Insights Through Caregiving Data for Improved Rewards Plans

April 28, 2021
2:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. ET

Caregiving impacts organizations of all shapes and sizes. It lowers productivity, hinders mental and physical health, costs employers billions, and impedes the path to an equitable workplace. With over 20% of Americans providing unpaid care for someone they love, understanding the needs of employee caregivers is essential to a comprehensive rewards plan.

By recognizing how caregiving uniquely affects different populations, HR professionals can better inform strategy, and ensure they’re delivering support most effectively. In this webinar, we’ll dive into internal data from Wellthy and translate what we’re seeing into valuable takeaways for employers.

In this webinar you will:

  • Uncover the hidden trends missing from big healthcare data
  • Learn how caregiving needs can vary based on conditions and other factors
  • Explore insights specific to industry, employee type, geography and more
  • Gain a better understanding of the employee caregiver population to better inform strategy and prioritize organizational needs
