As we enter 2022, organizations are faced with a growing litany of HR issues including the Future of Work impact, the Great Resignation, skill shortages, war on talent, cost inflation, DE&I issues, etc. Fundamentally, all these issues are underpinned by a total reward strategy. The only way for an organization to succeed is having a complete grasp of all your organization’s Total Rewards data. You must start with a complete picture to be able to make the required changes and assessment of the impact to the bottom line. This session is geared to demonstrate uFlexReward’s unique ability to gather the total reward data across disconnected and disparate HR systems.
We will take a high-level tour of uFlexReward, the world’s first digital global total reward platform, combining multiple total reward data silos into one real-time ‘always on’ platform. The platform facilitates the necessary transformation in Reward and HR to align with the required changes by the business strategy. With the highly configurable platform, you can use built-in modelling and what-if capabilities to address challenging questions quickly throughout your organization. Aggregating all your data from disparate HR systems allows the unique ability to view, evaluate, and make decisions around keys reward issues of today and the future. Since the tool contains all the element of total rewards, the system can improve employee engagement by providing intuitive real-time total reward statements to every employee with the ability to personalize their total rewards.
