This webinar will focus on how world changes are influencing the way organizations and their workers view Total Rewards and provide a new framework for assessing and measuring the effectiveness of Total Rewards programs. Finally, the webinar will introduce a new framework for thinking about the effectiveness of rewards and how to maximize the return in the investments in those rewards. The webinar will also introduce a new series of metrics by which to evaluate and track your progress in improving the return on those investments. These metrics will help to provide an answer to the increasing scrutiny being applied to total reward programs.

Brooke has significant experience developing rewards strategies for technology companies at all stages of development, from pre-IPO to Fortune 100. For the past 21 years, she has been an advisor to leading global companies including NetApp, Salesforce, Apple, Facebook, Airbnb, Uber, Cisco Systems, Dell, and HP. Her recent focus includes Future of Work solutions for clients in all industries. Before joining Aon, Brooke held a senior consulting role at Hay Group and prior to that she founded Presidio Pay Advisors, a boutique compensation consulting firm acquired by Hay Group. Brooke is an expert in technology industry human capital solutions and leads large-scale global rewards design projects for some of the best-known companies in the world. She is the author of the Turbocharged Technology Companies research, which has been featured in leading human resources publications. David is an Executive Vice President in the Aon Strategic Advisory practice and is based in Lincolnshire, Illinois. He consults on a range of total rewards activities, specializing in rewards analysis and design and project coordination for complex transformations. David’s work includes extensive experience with alignment of pay systems, rewards benchmarking, employee reward surveys, performance-based and equity incentives, and workforce restructurings. With experience working in Belgium, Germany, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, and the United States, David assists clients with global corporate restructurings and acquisitions, including supporting employee transitions and the alignment of reward programs to support those transitions.
