A WorldatWork distributor:

  • Warehouses, sells, distributes and/or merchandises WorldatWork Press books
  • Carries all WorldatWork Press titles appropriate for their market
  • Promotes WorldatWork Press titles in all pieces (catalogs, brochures, direct mail, e-mail, etc.)
  • Guarantees titles will be offered for at least 30 days
  • Receives discounts based on quantity purchased. Discounts are negotiated upon approval of becoming a distributor.

Return Policy

  • The return policy will be negotiated upon approval of application. Return authorization is required in advance prior to shipping unused product.
  • Products must be returned in saleable condition. E-books and sale items are not returnable.
  • Only returnable products purchased directly from WorldatWork may be returned. Returns are credited at the standard base discount at which the product was purchased.
  • Contact us by email for all Direct Distributor Program return questions.

In an effort to process your returns as efficiently and accurately as possible, please follow the appropriate guidelines.

  2. With each return please enclose a detailed packing list/claim copy or receipt that includes your company name, address and total number of products ordered and returned. Detailed item information should include ISBN, title, quantity price and discount percentage.
    • Payment Pre-Payment must be received at the time of purchase. WorldatWork accepts payment in U.S. Dollars by check, money order or credit card: American Express, MasterCard, VISA, or Discover (U.S. only). Make checks payable to: WorldatWork.

    • Shipping and Handling
      Shipping and tax applies to book orders only. Shipping and handling rates are in U.S. dollars.
    • Delivery Procedures
      All books are in stock unless otherwise noted. Items not in stock at the time you place your order will be shipped as soon as they become available.

In-stock orders received prior to 10 a.m. MST typically are shipped in same business day. In-stock orders received after 10 a.m. MST typically are shipped the next business day. Orders sent via fax or mailed should be for standard shipment only. Expedited orders placed online should be completed by 9.am. MST.
