The Global Trends and Issues International HR Executive Survey was administered to Canadian multinationals to examine international assignments from the employers’ perspective.
Candidate companies were Canadian multinationals selected from sponsors’ databases. Individuals contacted for the study were human resource executives who were most knowledgeable about the overall HR policy for expatriates, including their benefits programs.
A total of 72 companies participated via in-depth telephone interview or web survey. (All participants responded to the same set of questions.)
