Pay equity in the United States has become a hot topic in the compensation world, with both individuals and high-profile companies are drawing our attention to the issue. WorldatWork conducted a survey to understand how our members are working to achieve pay equity within their organizations.

Pay Equity is demanding a larger portion of HR professionals’ time than it has in the past. 43% of respondents said they spend more time on it now than they did this time last year. More than half of respondents said their organization conducts regular analyses to ensure pay equity, but one in five doesn’t have any formal programs or practices in place.
