What is the Total Rewards Academy®?

The Total Rewards Academy evolved from a pilot that started in 2018 with the leading global pharma company Novo Nordisk. The Novo Nordisk executive group challenged our team to deliver an accelerated 3-week program for their 50-strong international rewards team members that could be completed in one year.

The pilot was a major success. In the years that followed, over 20 leading international companies have joined the sponsor group – here are some of those participating in the 2023/24 Program.

Why Earn a GRP®?

Gain the skills to manage compensation globally, the confidence to speak with authority, and a recognized designation that shows current and future employers that you are committed to operating with the highest professional standards.

Earn Your GRP® Certification 3X Faster

The standard certification program includes 10 courses and 10 corresponding exams which students complete at their own pace, usually over a period of 2-3 years.

The Total Rewards Academy consolidates the program into three 1-week workshops which learners complete over a one year period. Students can receive their GRP certification up to 3 times faster than our standard course format.
