As a benefits strategy leader, Megan brings forward a wealth of benefits experience to the Forma team. Previously, she held roles at Sequoia and Unum and has a longstanding history working in the benefits industry.

At Forma, Megan takes a consultative leadership role in advising our customers and helping them build meaningful, flexible benefits programs for their workforce.

Dominique Schroeder
Benefits Program Manager at Guild

Dominique Schroeder is the Benefits Program Manager at Guild Education and is charged with creating holistic benefits and leave programs that are innovative, grounded in DEI, and improve the employee experience.

She brings extensive experience in managing employee benefits, leave of absence, people operations, and employee communication programs to the team at Guild. In her role, she has led the company’s DEI benefits assessment and launched the first annual in-house employee benefits survey. She has also implemented new medical plans, financial well-being programs, family and caregiver benefits, and a number of paid leave of absence programs to support the needs of a diverse workforce. 

Dominique holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Denver and is working towards her CEBs designation.
