Alan is BetterComp's Co-Founder & CEO, with over 20 years in the world of compensation market pricing including executive roles at Salary.com, PayFactors and PayScale. Alan also prides himself on Wizard-level Excel skills.

Alan set upon building a better compensation solution by tapping into his 20 years of contacts in the comp space. His favorite part of the whole experience was hearing directly from customers what they wanted and then stepping back and designing a solution that addressed the common themes.

Irma Regalado
Senior Compensation Manager at Nestle

Irma is a passionate and experienced Compensation Manager with 20 years’ successful experience in compensation. She is an expert in project management, market pricing, job evaluations, incentive administration, and compensation strategy.

In her current role at Nestle, Irma leads a team of compensation analysts in all compensation activities including annual base salary reviews, short-term bonus communication and payout, annual equity review, market pricing and audit, survey participation, and compensation KPI reporting.

Prior to joining Nestle, Irma worked in compensation at Bank of the West and Kaiser Permanente.

Sandra Leon
Chief Customer Officer at BetterComp

Sandra is BetterComp’s Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer. She has over 20 years’ experience in compensation and comp technology, most recently as VP of Customer Success at MarketPay.

Sandra started as a compensation practitioner, but once she was introduced to market pricing software, she knew she had found her new calling. She jumped into the compensation software space and spent the next 13 years building and growing a client management team hyper focused on creating customer delight. 

Sandra brings that same focus and dedication to the BetterComp customer experience.

Jordan Clark
Director of Compensation & HRIS at Meijer

Jordan Clark is a passionate human resources and rewards leader.

Over the last decade he has held a wide array of leadership roles in human resources progressing to his current position of Director of Compensation & HRIS for Meijer, a Midwest retailer with over 300 stores and 75,000 team members. In this role, Jordan is responsible for the compensation and HR systems strategies and programs enterprise wide. 

He holds a master’s degree in human resources & labor relations from Michigan State University which he achieved after transitioning from the hospitality industry.
