David Kompare
Executive Vice President | Aon

David is an Executive Vice President in the Aon People Advisory practice and is based in Lincolnshire, Illinois. He consults on a range of total rewards activities, specializing in rewards analysis and design and project coordination for complex transformations. David’s work includes extensive experience with alignment of pay systems, rewards benchmarking, employee reward surveys, performance-based and equity incentives, and workforce restructurings.

With experience working in Belgium, Germany, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom and the United States, David assists clients with global corporate restructurings and acquisitions, including supporting employee transitions and the alignment of reward programs to support those transitions. 

David also assists growing organizations as they build their human capital and total reward strategies with a particular emphasis on changing organizational structures, compliant reward practices and change management support.

Recent clients David has worked with include Abbott Laboratories, Deere & Company, General Electric Company, General Mills, Lowe’s, Proctor & Gamble, United Airlines. Volvo North America and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.

David was a transactional attorney licensed to practice law in Illinois and, before joining Aon, he practiced corporate and securities law. David’s legal practice was largely focused on assisting clients with legal and regulatory issues in corporate restructurings. David received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History from Northwestern University and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University.

Kelly Voss

Kelly leads Aon’s Human Capital Solutions Practice for the East Region and is responsible for strategic compensation design and integration for our global enterprise clients. Prior to joining Aon, she led compensation practices at two other major consulting firms as well as in two Fortune 500 companies.

Some of her past and present clients include: Actavis, AmerisourceBergen, AMEX, Aramark, Astra Zeneca, AT&T, Bank of New York, Barclays, Biogen, BJ’s, Campbell’s, Cigna, CVS Health, Dominion Resources, DuPont, Foot Locker, Goodyear, GSK, Hewlett Packard, Honeywell, IKEA, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Merck KGaA, Moody’s, Mylan, Nike, Penske, Pfizer, PwC, SAP, Shire, SPGI, Teva, Unisys and Wyeth.
