Compensation is cyclical, running through steps that include survey participation, market pricing, comp planning, etc. Historically, each element of the compensation lifecycle has existed in its own bubble; however, the changing regulatory landscape and shifts in employee expectations – particularly related to pay equity – are driving the need for a more unified approach to compensation.

This webinar will explore how compensation professionals can leverage data to bring together two core elements of the compensation lifecycle: market pricing and compensation planning.

Join leaders in market pricing, comp planning, and market data to uncover the benefits of this more unified approach and how it can positively affect your organization’s pay equity position.
