Shannon is a software implementation and training consultant with a strong financial background.

She joined PeopleFluent in 2012 and has been involved with software support and testing to ensure customer satisfaction both during and after initial implementation. Shannon has successfully implemented and trained software solutions for local, national and international companies throughout her career. She has worked on accounting, Excel ad hoc reporting, payroll, property management and human resource management software.

Shannon holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling, rollercoasters, baseball, tennis, and football.
