Nabeil studied at Queen’s University and after graduation joined ZS Associates as a consultant. During his time there, Nabeil advised Fortune 100 companies on sales force effectiveness and strategy and saw first-hand the pain of poor enterprise sales compensation management.

His experiences with designing, implementing and optimizing sales comp plans for some of the world's leading businesses led him to found Forma.ai in 2016.

He previously worked in sales compensation at Grammarly, Twilio, Itron Inc., Expedia Group, Sealed Air Corporation, Zillow, Western Union and Great-West Life.

Eliot Offutt
VP of Implementation and Onboarding at Forma.ai

Eliot Offutt has been leading incentive plan design and SPM technology rollouts for the past two decades. Before joining Forma.ai, he led a customer success team at Anaplan, where his team supported customers with the implementation, enablement, adoption, and expansion of use cases. He also spent eight years as a leader at ZS Associates, implementing and optimizing ICM systems for global companies.
