As a seasoned professional at the intersection of HR, technology, and mathematics, Kevin thrives on harnessing the power of data to illuminate the intricacies of human behavior within organizations. With 17 years of experience in the People Analytics space, he is currently shaping the future of HR as a Senior Product Manager at Visier, a dynamic software company.

Kevin's journey at Visier has been one of transformation and innovation. In his prior role as Practice Lead for People Analytics, he led a team of skilled consultants, driving meaningful change within organizations through Visier's cutting-edge People Analytics technology solution. This experience allowed him to hone his expertise in HR systems, data warehousing, data analysis techniques, and strategic workforce planning.

Before joining Visier, Kevin made significant contributions as a director at Vancouver Coastal Health, spearheading transformative efforts in people analytics and HR systems. His commitment to ethical practices and strategic consulting is underscored by his CPA designation. Furthermore, he holds certifications in change management from Prosci©, Strategic Workforce Planning from HCI, and, most recently, Product Management from the prestigious Pragmatic Institute.

Currently, Kevin's focus at Visier revolves around compensation strategies.
