Pay vs. Performance: The Questions You Need to Be Ready to Answer
Registration is now closed.

Now that the first year of pay vs. performance (PvP) disclosure is under our belt, it’s time to take a look at how public companies complied with the SEC guidance mandate and summarized their PvP story.

In this webinar, we’ll analyze the data to provide trends by company size and industry and share disclosure examples, including helpful narratives. Our goal? To help you understand how to interpret what the data reveals and be ready to answer questions such as:

  • How does my company compare to my peers?
  • How do changes in stock price impact this disclosure?
  • What did the data tell us as far as compensation actually paid (CAP) for 2022?
  • Does the current Summary Compensation Table (“SCT”) give us enough information about what executives earn?
  • What does this mean for PvP disclosure going forward?

Main Data Group’s General Manager Brooke Fernandez will be joined by Pearl Meyer principal Adam Kahle for a lively discussion and real-world examples from the first year of disclosure. Attendees will get a live look at how easy it is to get the data they need to answer questions from senior leadership and more.
