Discover how organizations like Unilever, Mastercard, etc. are gaining insight on their largest expense in their organization: Total Reward spend.

The challenge faced by many companies is that they lack visibility into the Total Reward. The reason is simple. The elements of Total Reward (whether base, bonus, equity, benefits, wellness, pension, allowances, expatriate compensation, etc.) are housed in different, disparate and disconnected systems throughout HR. There has not been an efficient way to aggregate this information, until now with uFlexReward.

In addition, to gather all this information in an efficient way so that you can report, analyze and gain actionable insights on a wholistic view of Total Reward. Once, aggregated, you can provide real-time online Total Reward statements.

While addressing this issue is key, uFlexReward has a proprietary rules engine that digitizes each rewards element. Every rewards element has an eligibility rule and an amount which can be just a figure or a simple formula or a complex one. With your Total Reward element digitized, our modeler can quickly assess what if scenarios around reward changes, hiring packages, promotion packages or transfers. This session will go through the demo of the system to highlight these capabilities. Digitalization of Total Reward is finally here!
