Value of Performance & Compensation Strategies in Uncertain Economic Times
Registration is now closed.

As headlines about transparency, remote work and inflation dominate the news cycle, have we lost our focus on rewarding performance? And how does global economic uncertainty impact an organization’s ability to effectively plan and reward successful growth? More than ever, it’s critical for companies to align employee expectations on results and rewards and get past a one-size-all-approach to “pay for performance.” In this webinar, you’ll find out how organizations are designing and delivering people-centered pay practices that also promote sustainable performance over time. This starts with first identifying which of your compensation programs can effectively differentiate rewards based on performance. You’ll also hear from one of our clients, a senior Compensation leader, on how their company has improved pay and performance programs over time.

In this webinar, we’ll cover:

  • Why it’s important to reinvest in rewards based on performance.
  • How to effectively align compensation programs with performance data.
  • How segmenting your approach to pay and performance provides a more people-centered experience.
