Tracy Kofski is the Vice President, Total Rewards for KinderCare Education (KCE). KCE is the nation’s leading private provider of high-quality early childhood education and school-age programs, serving more than 185,000 children from six weeks to 12 years old at more than 2,000 locations nationwide. 

Before joining KCE, Tracy has held the position of Vice President of Total Rewards at both General Mills (~$16 billion in revenue and 40,000 global employees) and Target Corporation (~$63 billion in revenue and 325,000 employees nationwide). She has prior corporate experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Operations Leader, and Performance Management Leader.

Tracy also spent several years as a Compensation, Benefits and Performance Management Consultant for Deloitte & Touche. Tracy has served as the Board Chair for the Business Group on Health, the WorldatWork Association, and the WorldatWork Society for Certified Professionals.

She has been a WorldatWork member since 1991 and has earned her Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) designations. Tracy earned her MBA from Loyola Marymount University and her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan.
