How to Apply

To apply for a scholarship grant, please complete the online application, which includes: 

  • Contact information
  • A short questionnaire about your experience and scholarship preferences
  • Statement of Intent - 250 words or less
  • Current resume (or academic transcript, if applicable)

Scholarship Details
  • Applications are reviewed and scored by WorldatWork Foundation volunteers and staff. All decisions are final.
  • Each award is a one-time grant, however, previous applicants and past recipients are eligible to re-apply for new grants.
  • Receiving a scholarship grant previously is no guarantee of receiving a future grant.
  • Awardees will be selected and informed of the scholarship grant awards by March 31, 2025. Grants must be redeemed by December 31, 2025.
  • If you are selected to receive a WorldatWork Foundation Certification, Education Course or Conference grant, you will receive further instructions on how to access the product or service award you were granted.
  • The grants are to be redeemed for 2025 program offerings. If you do not redeem your grant award in 2025, you will forfeit your grant award and will have to reapply for a new grant, with no guarantee of receiving a new award. 

Please note, the WorldatWork Foundation does not reimburse for certification exam retake fees, transfer fees or any associated expenses. WorldatWork/WorldatWork Foundation employees or board members and their immediate family members are not eligible to apply for WorldatWork Foundation grants.

  • By participating in this scholarship grant program, WorldatWork and its affiliates may use your name, application information and/or photo for marketing, promotional, publicity or sponsorship purposes without further compensation to you.  
  • Upon completion of the course or conference attendance, WorldatWork may ask you to provide feedback regarding your experience or to provide a testimonial.  You agree to provide such feedback upon request without further compensation to you.
  • You may choose to opt out of WorldatWork's use of your name and personal information you provided on the application, if you prefer - although we'd greatly appreciate including you in our story.
  • You understand that WorldatWork and its affiliates are under no obligation to use your name and/or photo.
