Survey Results

With a massive shift in where and how people work today, many companies have had to rethink their rewards programs. This survey reveals the increasing or decreasing use of total rewards programs employers are offering. The data cover such practices as cost-of-living adjustments (COLAs), hazard pay, civic duty pay, relocation, spot bonuses and more. Survey participants included practitioners and consultants who work on behalf of practitioners.
