In this course, you’ll learn the considerations to examine as you create impactful Total Rewards programs and fully optimize them to attract and retain high-performing individuals on a global scale.
After taking this course, you will understand:
- How to navigate the complexities of managing compensation and rewards in a multinational setting.
- The determinants influencing mobility choices and methods for ensuring equitable pay across your workforce.
- How other Total Rewards components such as recognition, career growth, and well-being can support and optimize a global workforce.
- The key factors that impact successful cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
To complete this course, learners will need a working knowledge of material covered in prior GRP courses, including the WorldatWork Total Rewards model, compensation fundamentals of a Total Rewards strategy, labor regulations, base pay systems, variable pay programs, and market pricing.
Learners should plan to spend 7.5 hours in class and 7.5 hours on self-guided work. To acquire your GRP certification, you must pass the required certification exam accompanying this course. A practice exam is provided within the course materials to test your readiness and help identify knowledge gaps where you might need additional study. This is the course equivalent of International Remuneration: An Overview of Global Rewards (GR7).
