Manager of Learning Experience, Education

Our members include business professionals who are accountable for the critically important practices of compensation, well-being, benefits, development, and recognition programs within their organizations around the world.  We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Manager of Learning Experience, Education.

As the Manager of Learning Experience, you will be responsible for leading and executing learning strategies that will take WorldatWork’s educational products to the next level. This position is responsible for guiding the design, development, and evaluation of educational products for WorldatWork’s members and customers in a variety of instruction methodologies including classroom, virtual, hybrid, and self-paced. The position plays a pivotal role in allowing WorldatWork to deliver on our commitments and to optimize and scale design and development of content.

The Manager of Learning Experience is a leader in the Education team and works closely and collaboratively with Content, Operations, Certifications, Faculty, Sales, and Marketing. You have:

  • Undergraduate degree in Education, Education Technology, Instructional Design or related field. Masters preferred.
  • Proven people leader with proven impact on business.
  • 7+ years experience with developing learning products, courses, and curricula with experience in adult/corporate education.
  • Advanced knowledge and skill in developing online, self-paced educational programs and solutions.
  • Proven effectiveness with driving data collection and analytics for continuous improvement.
  • Evidence of creativity and a passion for learning along with strong consultative skills.
