The CCP/GRP certifications are WorldatWork’s flagship credentials and have been considered industry standards for over 50 years. To maintain our certification relevance, efficiency, and excellence, WorldatWork has gone through a significant update to the learning experience, responding to learner needs while maintaining the BOK rigor and skill development expected in a CCP/GRP credential. This has included removing material redundancy in courses to improve learning efficiency, combining some courses to reduce the overall number, and updating the course experience to include more individual work applying what is being learned.
The updated programs will be fully launched on January 20, 2025, with Virtual Course and E-Learning available to learners.
Learners who have already progressed in earning their CCP/GRP can continue to take the current courses and exams offered in WorldatWork’s public education course schedule through 2024, or they can transition to the updated courses in 2025. Every course and exam will count toward the final CCP and GRP certifications.
