DOL Officials Discuss New FLSA Self-Audit Program Tackling Minimum Wage and Overtime Violations

MEMBERS-ONLY Webinar

Join Bryan Jarrett, Acting Administrator for the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division (WHD), and Keith Sonderling, WHD Senior Policy Advisor, to learn about the agency’s new nationwide pilot: the Payroll Audit Independent Determination (PAID) program.

The program’s primary objectives are to quickly resolve potential overtime and minimum wage violations without litigation; improve employers’ compliance with overtime and minimum wage obligations; and ensure more employees receive the back wages they’re owed.

Exclusive for WorldatWork members, you’ll get an overview of PAID, hear how the program works, and learn how to determine your eligibility and how to participate. Come prepared with questions; DOL officials will provide answers at the end of the presentation.
