The What, Why and How of Performance Calibration Sessions

How do you help your leaders ensure they are giving fair and accurate performance appraisals, considering how important these decisions are to the overall strategic direction of your company? What if incentives such as pay, promotions or costly development programs are scarce — are you properly allocating these rewards for maximum organizational benefit? A common solution is the use of a "calibration" session, in which leaders (typically within a department or function) come together to discuss employee performance and agree on ratings. This webinar will take a deep-dive into what these sessions are and why and when to use them in your company, as well as tips and best practices for setting up and facilitating these meetings.
