Single session registration will close the Friday before each Wednesday session at 5:00 p.m. ET.

All Inclusive Package

Best Deal – All Nine Weeks – Includes Remaining Live Sessions & Authorized On-Demand Recordings for All Nine Weeks.

All-inclusive packages purchased after 5pm ET on a Tuesday will NOT have access to that week's live sessions. Live session access will begin the following Wednesday. All-inclusive package registration will close on Sept. 1, 2020 at 5pm ET.

Confirmation

WorldatWork Recertification Credits

If you have a WorldatWork designation, you'll receive .5 recertification hours for each week of conference attendance – that’s 4.5 hours if you attend all 9 weeks!

Please note attendance in sessions is tracked to ensure attendance integrity.

Recertification credits will automatically load into your Recertification Application after conference has ended. You can start or view your application by visiting MyCertifications under MyProfile on the WorldatWork website.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact customerexperience@worldatwork.org for refund processing. The WorldatWork 2020 Total Resilience Virtual Conference & Exhibition cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

  • If you purchased a Single Session, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee if you cancel by the end of the Friday before the start of the Session purchased.
  • If you purchased an All-Inclusive session package, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee if you cancel by the end of Friday, July 3, 2020. If you choose to cancel your registration between July 4 and the end of Friday, July 17, 2020, you will receive a 75% refund of your registration fee.
    • We will be recording all session presentations for the WorldatWork 2020 Total Resilience Virtual Conference & Exhibition, which will be available after the session as on-demand recordings. You will have access to all on-demand recordings for sessions taking place prior to your registration cancellation date.
  • Refunds will not be given after July 21, 2020.
  • Nonattendance will not be eligible for refunds.
  • No cash refunds will be provided.
