Mr. Crawford has more than 25 years of strategic compensation experience advising over 500 public, private and non-profit organizations.
He led his prior consulting firm as Co-Founder and President. The firm received several awards such as Best Places to Work in Texas by Texas Monthly Magazine for 10 years, The Top Consultancies in the US by Consulting Magazine, and America’s Top Management Consultancies by Forbes Magazine. Mr. Crawford has been the technical contributor to five books on compensation and the co-author of three books on compensation.
He has served on a number of boards and advisory boards, including several private companies, a university college of business, and several nonprofit organizations. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Crawford has served as a faculty trainer, faculty member, author, curriculum contributor, and as a board advisor for WorldatWork.
Mr. Keas has spent the last 15 years as a consultant and practice leader for 2 leading executive compensation and corporate governance firms. He has served as the lead advisor to many large, privately held organizations, leading public companies, and nonprofit companies on executive compensation, non-executive compensation, board of director compensation, and corporate governance programs.
Mr. Keas serves as a strategic partner to various continuing education organizations focused on corporate governance and compensation matters, having worked with both the Colorado and Texas Tri-Cities chapters of the National Association of Corporate Directors, the Rocky Mountain Total Rewards Association, the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, as well as other various industry-oriented organizations.
He has served as an author, feature commentator, and public speaker on a variety of compensation matters.
