Athar Siddiqee is Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Micron Technology, a $30 billion high-tech firm with 45,000 employees. He has extensive experience in this field, having served in rewards leadership positions at Cisco, Synopsys, SanDisk, and Xilinx, among others.
Siddiqee is a member of the WorldatWork Executive Rewards Advisory Council and earned the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®) designations. A life-long Bay Area resident, he has taught professional courses at WorldatWork, UC Santa Cruz Extension and San Jose State University for many years.
He earned an MBA from Santa Clara University and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Economics from UCLA.

Jordan Clark is a passionate human resources and rewards leader. Mark Briggs is a global sales compensation and variable pay expert with over eighteen years of experience in compensation design and administration.
Mark is currently the Senior Manager of Sales Compensation at WM, where he provides strategic direction, oversight, and design expertise for all North American business units. Mark excels in partnering with business leaders across various operations and strategies and utilizing advanced statistical analysis to drive business decisions.
