Certification Development Committee Members are a select pool of WorldatWork certified professionals who volunteer to share their expertise, success and insights to frame the standards for future certification programs. Committee members participate in creating and validating the body of knowledge (BOK) for assigned certification programs to ensure practices remain aligned with current professional practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate as a member of a group accountable to guide a cohesive BOK that is essential to establishing and maintaining a standard of excellence within the professional discipline.
- Contribute to framing the examination requirement for the credential, specifically ensuring that the most critical and frequently applied competencies required for practice excellence are properly represented.
- Review certification program standards, as requested, and provide a perspective that helps accountable teams ensure the program remains aligned with and reflects current professional practices.
Qualifications (Selection Criteria)
- Three to five years, or more experience in the credential discipline.
- Professional experience in multiple industries preferred.
- WorldatWork certification(s) professionals preferred.

Agreements Required
- WorldatWork Confidentiality Agreement.
- WorldatWork Faculty members are not able to participate in this committee.
- Participants on the committee cannot seek professional certification for two years after launch.
