
Alicia Jett, Head of Human Resources at LumeTech, has more than 15 years of experience in Total Rewards and HR leadership across public, private, and nonprofit organizations. She has led compensation and benefits strategy, implemented variable pay programs, and overseen HRIS upgrades including PeopleSoft and Oracle Fusion.
A WorldatWork faculty member since 2019, Alicia’s HR leadership experience spans energy, manufacturing, and consulting. She previously held roles at WestRock and began her career at CBIZ, where she managed the Compensation Consulting practice.
She earned a BS in Business Administration from Truman State University and an MBA from the University of Missouri–Columbia, graduating summa cum laude from both. She is a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®), Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP®) and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP®). She is also an HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Certified Professional.
Alicia has served on the Local Network Leaders Advisory Council and is active with the Compensation and Benefits Network of Greater St. Louis and Ronald McDonald House Charities.
