
She teaches courses about sustainability and behavioral economics in corporate management. Her research focuses on corporate governance and HR economics, with a particular focus on incentive systems, performance measurement, behavioral economics and sustainability.
She holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Bonn (Germany), a doctoral degree from the University of Cologne (Germany) and a habilitation (the highest university degree) in business administration from the University of Cologne.
She has published numerous articles on compensation and incentive topics and directs the experimental laboratory "experimenTUM" of the TUM School of Management, which investigates questions in the fields of behavioral and experimental economics. She is member of the supervisory boards of KPMG Germany and TTTech Auto AG and the advisory board of the Wolf family business.
