
Andrew Goldstein, Managing Director at Willis Towers Watson, advises Fortune 1000 boards and senior management teams across a range of industries. His work focuses on designing executive remuneration programs that align management and shareholder interests, including performance-based short- and long-term incentives, employment contracts, change-in-control agreements, executive benefits, and director compensation. Many of his engagements involve ongoing advisory relationships with outside directors and C-suite leaders. He has also served as the company’s North America Executive Compensation Practice Leader.
Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson, Andy was a partner at a Cleveland-based consulting firm specializing in compensation plan design and funding. He also spent nine years with Arthur Andersen as a senior manager in the firm’s Cleveland tax consulting practice.
A frequent speaker and published author, Andy brings over 25 years of experience in executive compensation and benefits consulting to the WorldatWork classroom, joining the faculty in 2018. He holds a BS in Accountancy from Miami University (Ohio) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a WorldatWork Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP®). He is a member of the AICPA, National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, NACD, and WorldatWork.
