Before joining Willis Towers Watson in 1996, Andy was a partner with a Cleveland-based retirement and executive benefits consulting firm, specializing in compensation plan design and funding. He also spent nine years with Arthur Anderson as a senior manager in the Cleveland office tax consulting practice.
Andrew currently serves as the named compensation consultant to the board and management at Fortune 1000 companies that span a wide range of industries. He concentrates primarily on developing executive remuneration programs that align the interests of management and owners and provide organizations with effective means of communicating values and objectives.
