Arup Varma, Ph.D., is the Frank W. Considine Chair in Applied Ethics at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago.

Varma’s research interests include performance appraisal, expatriate adjustment, and HRM issues in India. He has published more than 100 articles in leading refereed journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology and the Journal of International Management.

He received his Ph.D. from Rutgers University.
