Beth Ritter teaches and conducts research about human resources and talent management issues in the Department of Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at North Carolina State University. Prior to joining N.C. State, Ritter was a senior vice president of human resources at Burt’s Bees, which is now a part of Clorox.
