
Beth M. Ritter is a professor of practice in the Department of Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at North Carolina State University, where she teaches and conducts research about human resources and talent management issues.
Prior to joining NC State, Ritter was a senior vice president of human resources at Burt’s Bees, which is now a part of Clorox.
