Ritter teaches and conducts research about human resources and talent management issues in the Department of Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Prior to joining NC State, Ritter was a senior vice president of human resources at Burt’s Bees, which is now a part of Clorox.
She received an MBA from Old Dominion University and a BA in labor studies from Pennsylvania State University. Ritter is a member of WorldatWork’s Editorial Advisory Council.
