His career started with Shell Oil in Houston, Texas and has also included assignments with Citibank, Engelhard, Assurant, and E*TRADE. Experience includes HR Management; Compensation and Benefits design and administration; Executive Compensation; Retirement Planning and 401(k) governance; as well as M&A and IPO support. Bob is certified in Compensation (CCP), Benefits (CBP), and Global Remuneration (GRP). He is also licensed as a Health, Accident, and Life Insurance Producer.
Bob earned his M.A. from Rice University with a concentration in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Quantitative Methods as well as a B.A. from Providence College.
