Bonnie Kelly is the Vice President, Total Rewards and Organizational Effectiveness for Sealed Air based in Charlotte North Carolina. Bonnie leads Compensation, Benefits, Engagement, Performance Management and Culture globally across 54 countries.

Prior to joining Sealed Air, Bonnie held Total Rewards leadership roles at global companies such as Hilton Worldwide, Cox Automotive, and Capital One Financial. Earlier in her career she worked as an Executive Compensation Consultant at Hewitt Associates and Arthur Andersen.

Bonnie has 20 years of experience in the field of Compensation, with a focus in the areas of Executive Compensation and corporate governance. She enjoys staying active in the field as a speaker, advisor and educator. She has served as both member and Chair on WorldatWork's Executive Rewards Board and The Conference Board’s Executive Compensation Council. She currently is part of the WorldatWork teaching staff for executive compensation education. Bonnie earned her BA in Finance from Washburn University and holds the WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional® (CCP®) designation.
