Bonnie Kelly is a seasoned Total Rewards executive and currently serves as the Global Total Rewards Leader at Culligan. In this role, she leads the development of total rewards strategy, executive compensation design, and governance across a complex and geographically diverse. 

Bonnie brings a wealth of experience in global compensation, benefits, and HR leadership, with deep expertise in executive compensation, Board governance, and post-IPO transformation. She has led Total Rewards functions at companies including Avantor Sciences, Sealed Air, Hilton, Capital One, and Cox Automotive—designing executive pay programs that align with business strategy, regulatory expectations, and shareholder interests.

Earlier in her career, Bonnie was an executive compensation consultant with Arthur Andersen and Hewitt Associates, advising Fortune 200 companies across industries on incentive design, equity strategy, and pay governance.

She regularly partners with Boards and Compensation Committees and has participated in investor engagements on executive pay and ESG. Bonnie earned her BA in Finance from Washburn University. Bonnie has obtained her Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP®) designation from WorldatWork.
