
Bonnie Kelly is Senior Vice President of Total Rewards at Avantor, Inc., and has been a WorldatWork faculty member since 2014, teaching the executive compensation curriculum. She has more than 20 years of experience in compensation, and is a frequent speaker, advisor, and educator on topics related to executive pay and corporate governance.
Before joining Avantor, Bonnie led Total Rewards performance at global companies including Sealed Air, Hilton Worldwide, Cox Automotive, and Capital One Financial. She has also served as an executive compensation consultant for Hewitt Associates and Arthur Andersen.
A Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®), Bonnie has served on WorldatWork’s Executive Rewards Board, including as Chair, and on The Conference Board’s Executive Compensation Council. She earned a BA in Finance from Washburn University.
