Brandon Staheli has over fifteen years of experience in designing and implementing human resources programs as both a practitioner and a consultant. Throughout his career he has advised and consulted many companies on compensation issues and is a frequent guest lecturer at universities and HR roundtables on compensation and other HR topics.
Brandon served as the president for Intermountain Compensation and Benefits Association and currently serves as the Compensation Member At-Large. He also serves on the WorldatWork Local Network Expert Council. A Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Brandon holds a BS in Business Management from Utah Valley University, and an MS in Human Resources from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, Utah State University.
As a faculty member for the WorldatWork Organization, he teaches seminars on Excel and Quantitative Principles in Compensation Management.
