
With more than 15 years in compensation and human resources program design, Brandon Staheli acts as both practitioner and consultant across diverse organizational settings. As Compensation Consultant for the Employers Council, he advises companies on compensation strategy and implementation.
Since 2016, Brandon has taught WorldatWork courses including the Compensation Immersion Program (CIP), Designing and Managing the Base Pay System, Compensation Analytics and Insights, and Excel for Compensation. A long-time contributor to the profession, Brandon spent a decade on the board of the Intermountain Compensation and Benefits Association, serving as Education Coordinator, Vice President, and President. He is a frequent guest lecturer at universities and HR roundtables.
Brandon holds a BS in Business Management from Utah Valley University and an MS in Human Resources from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. He is a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®), and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP®) and is an HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
