Caesar Kellum, DEL, is CEO of Kinetic Leadership Consulting and Services. He retired from the U.S. Air Force after 27 years of service. As a senior noncommissioned officer, he served as an Enlisted Weapons Director for the North American Aerospace Defense enterprise. As an Intelligence Weapons Officer, he helped shape predictive battlespace awareness that contributed to Homeland Defense, Theater Security Cooperation and Defense Support of Civil Authorities mission sets. He has a bachelor’s degree in management from American Military University, a master’s of operational art and science from Air University, and a doctorate of executive leadership (DEL) from the University of Charleston’s (W. Va.) School of Business and Leadership.
