He has also worked with other HR technology companies, including Lattice and Oracle along with consulting firms like Aon and Deloitte.
Chad is a frequent teacher and speaker on Total Rewards topics, including touchpoints with future of work, performance, competencies/skills, and technology, and he has been a faculty member with WorldatWork for over 15 years.
Chad is a life-long resident of Colorado where he enjoys too many outdoor activities to mention. He received both a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Master of Science degree in Management from the University of Colorado.
