
Chris Brunson manages all aspects of Total Rewards for Cencora, a leading global pharmaceuticals solutions organization. Prior to Cencora, Chris spent more than five years as Vice President, Total Rewards with General Mills. He has been a faculty member with WorldatWork since 2016. In addition to teaching the WorldatWork Executive Compensation Immersion Program, he is a frequent national presenter on Total Rewards, HR analytics, and design thinking.
Previously, Chris served as Vice President, Global Total Rewards with Celanese, responsible for the company’s benefits and wellbeing programming. Before that, he held several HR leadership roles at The Hershey Company, including in talent and workforce planning, global benefits and wellbeing, and global compensation. Chris has also held compensation and HR strategy roles at Kohl’s Corporation and Hewitt Associates. He holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Iowa and a JD from Marquette University Law School.
