Earlier in his career, Dipankar held consulting roles at Hewitt and Mercer before moving into corporate positions with American Express and Roche Pharmaceuticals. A WorldatWork Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP®) and faculty member since 2020, he brings extensive professional experiences in sales incentive design, global compensation planning cycles, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, and integration strategy. He has also managed long-term incentive programs and overseen administration of compensation and benefits policies on a global scale.
